COSMEBAR Academy is a apprenticeship school where students called "apprentices" earn while they learn. After 39 hours of general education you will receive a CA State Apprentice License. You will begin to work in a salon or Barbershop of approved choice. You will then come to class one day per week for 220 hours for theoretical and hands-on training inclusive of State Board Training. The rest of the week you will be working on patrons known as "clients" "customers" "Guests" learning from your in salon or barbershop trainer. When your 3200 hours is completed you will have vast industry knowledge, a clientele, real live business, a network of professionals, zero tuition balance, and a date to challenge State Board. COSMEBAR  was created in 2012 on the premise of education. The passion to upload the knowledge needed to be a diamond in the profession of Barbering & Cosmetology.  In-depth teaching, gaging on the contents of each industry topic to prepare apprentices/students to be viable professionals in the industry and their particular community.
